Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
If you did not receive the product within 45 days you can request a refund or a reshipment. Please note that it usually takes 8 to 15 days for your package to arrive.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
*You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a mail to emmamaryjoe@hotmail.co.uk
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.. Due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair pieces cannot be returned.

What materials do you use in your jewellery?
The Majority of our jewellery are made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).
This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our jewellery 100% waterproof!

How is the jewellery packaged?
Each piece of jewellery is presented beautifully in our personalised packaging.

How is the jewellery shipped?
All packages are posted via Royal Mail. Packages should arrive within 3 working days but please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
